![]() David put a new screen on the phone, everything was functioning and the phone was returned to the customer. The customer returned the following day stating the phone was glitching. The phone was given back to the customer in working condition. ![]() David took the phone and removed/reseated the screen, performed function check and all worked fine. There were 2 pressure points on the screen and it appeared someone applied a great amount of pressure on the screen. The customer returned about 3 hours later stating the phone was glitching. My technician (David) is WISE II Certified and has been working on phones for over 6 years, replaced the screen on the phone, performed a functionality check and returned the phone to the customer. There are some cases, that depending on how the screen was broken, there could be internal damage not seen. The customer came in with a broken phone screen for repair. I've spent enough money and time going over to his shop for them to treat me with poor quality and rude management. He is saying I'm a liar and that those things didn't happen when my brother and my mother were with me when it happened but the Franchise Owner wasn't there and he sure has a lot to say. So at this point I brought my phone in just to get it broken. After I spent $100 to get a screen change they don't want to assume how the worker messed up my phone and they are telling me they will give me my broken screen back and my money. ![]() Now the phone is glitching and won't let me use any apps. He made a little scratch on the side of the phone that wasn't there before and when I showed him he said it was there before which it wasn't and both my parents saw it. He even made notes about my phone before he took it in about how the phone was. The phone was in perfect condition all it had was a broken screen. The screen was changed 5 times and he doesn't want to assume what he did now he got in contact with the Franchise owner and told him he changed it only twice and that the phone was defective when it got there. Came in for a screen change, the worker messed it up and had to come back to the store 4 times after driving for one hour because he did a poor quality job.
